John Mayer was pictured in spectacles as he stepped out of a New York City Hotel on Thursday. He was wearing a blue backpack over a black and red zip-up sweater jacket. He wore vintage glasses. The vintage style round glasses also had black glasses frames and green lenses. He looked rather scruffy with an unshaven beard. This was soon after US-Weekly claimed on Wednesday that his girlfriend of two years, Katy Perry, had dumped him. The source said that they had rough patches in the past but this may be more permanent. The claims stated that Mayer’s girlfriend Perry had dumped him after discovering text messages from a random girl on his mobile phone. Katy Perry has been quite busy recently as she performed at the BRIT Awards in London and also in Milan. She was last pictured with her boyfriend in Hollywood on February 16th.
