5 Office Exercises You Can Do Right Now

Not only you but also the whole world is busy. It is quite difficult to find time for accomplishing the desired schedule. However, many people neglect the importance of exercise because of tight schedules. So, if you are one among those busy office going people then here are a few office exercises that you could do anywhere and at any time. 

Exercise no. 1: Run 

Run as much as you can. It is not necessary to drift your body during this office exercise. You could carry out running actions by standing at one place. 

Exercise no. 2: Stair exercises 

If your office is placed at higher floors then for sure this is an added advantage for you. You could make use of stairs instead of lift facility. This little body motion helps in burning much of the calories. 

Exercise no. 3: Feel like you are a bird 

Before you do this office exercise make sure that no one is watching you. So, when you are all alone; just flap your arms like a bird. This helps in loosening your body by making you more comfortable. 

Exercise no. 4: Walk like a king 

If you take long strides while walking then it helps in stretching your legs. Always remember that body muscles get strengthened after stretching hands, legs or a neck.

Exercise no. 5: Fast pushups 

It is not necessary to join a gym just to carry out few pushups. You could carry out quick pushups anywhere if the Surface is smooth. These two-three pushups help in making your mind fresh.
